When the family decided to take over the reins of this hotel again we valued above all the customer experience; we wanted the hotel to breathe exclusivity, tranquility, silence and relaxation again. After two years closed, we knew that the entire establishment needed a real overhaul, but we also knew that the client needed to remember why "La Moraleja" existed and what its reason for being existed.

“Relax”, “tranquility”, those words that are often used lightly but actually hide a great difficulty in a hotel setting. The client came to our hotel looking for rest and silence, but also a gastronomic and restorative experience; he came looking for relaxation, but also comfort and proximity in the Pollença area. That is why it is not easy to define the experience in our hotel, that is why what we offer is not summed up in a single phrase or in a single concept. It is an adult hotel: yes but something more.
